Scottsdale Family Photographer // Minna VanArsdale and Her Family

We've witnessed this beautiful red-headed baby blossom into who she is today. It wasn't until her second year of life that her family learned about her condition. Minna was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome at 21 months.
We planned for an easy shoot at her home one fine morning in October. When we walked into her home, the window was in the perfect location to shine some soft rays of light, quickly redirecting our attention onto her little angelic sparkle. The best part was that Minna seemed to really want to connect with the camera, and we felt that she truly made an effort for those few beautiful moments we had together.
Minna, although we can’t empathize with the physical struggles you face, we envy the simple way you witness your experience in this the world. We thank you and your family for this beautiful gift of a shoot and friendship throughout these years.
